Lenka held the global launch of her sophomore album, Two, at a private showcase at TAB – a performance that made several fans’ hearts skip a beat.
Despite confessing that her new songs would have a heavier electronic influence, Lenka impressed the crowd with 2 equally-talented band members in performing live renditions of records past and present.
In between songs, Lenka shared her uniquely Singaporean experiences of eating shiok chicken rice and chilli crab, emphasising how much she loved Singapore.
Her newest single, Heart Skips A Beat, was a true display of her showmanship. She played a keytar while dancing along with the music, all the while maintaining strong vocals that captured her raw emotion.
Much to the audience’s delight, Lenka completed the performance with The Show, the song that shot her to worldwide fame.
