AMT comprises a diverse group of confident and charismatic emcees who have earned their place through rigorous auditions and training by respected industry practitioners such as Barbara Latimer, Samuel Chong and many more. 

  

Our emcees have played an integral role in the success of various university-wide events such as SMU Patron’s Day, SMU Open House, SMU Academic Year Opening Ceremony, SMU Vivace, SMU Arts Festival, and many SMU Freshmen Orientation camps. They have also hosted external events ranging from roadshows to award ceremonies and even events attended by esteemed guests of honour: President Halimah Yacob, Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat, and Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey.
